These Terms of Use govern your use of Numberlings, a math learning game for children. By using the app you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the child in your care.

Numberlings is intended for children, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Only a parent or guardian may create a subscription, manage settings, or make purchases — all of which sit behind a parent gate. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child using the app.
The World Pass is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings at any time. Prices and plan details are shown on the offer screen before you buy.
Please use Numberlings only for its intended purpose — helping a child learn and play. You agree not to: reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app; interfere with its normal operation; or attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorised to use. The app contains no chat, no user-to-user messaging, and no way for a child to share content to the internet.
All artwork, characters, sounds, and learning content in Numberlings are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app. Your child's in-game progress and creatures stay on your device unless a future account feature says otherwise.
Numberlings is a learning aid, not a substitute for a school curriculum, tutoring, or professional assessment. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular educational outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make a material change we will make the updated terms available in the app. Continuing to use Numberlings after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms limits or replaces any right those laws give you, and any part of these terms that conflicts with them does not apply to you.
