The child's in-game profile — collected creatures, chosen preset nicknames, creature looks, coins, stars, and learning progress — is stored only on the device and is never sent to us. Children cannot enter free text, cannot chat, and cannot share anything to the internet from the child experience. Creature names and looks are chosen from fixed preset lists.
The app keeps a small on-device log of anonymous gameplay events (for example, “a level was completed”) tied to a random install identifier that contains no personal information. In this version, that log never leaves the device. If a future update ever transmits anonymous, aggregated gameplay statistics to help us improve the game, this policy will be updated first and the change announced in the Parent Dashboard before any transmission begins. We do not use advertising identifiers, tracking SDKs, or fingerprinting.
The app does not collect a parent's email address or any other personal information. The Parent Dashboard reads your child's learning progress directly from the device. There is no account and no login.
The optional World Pass subscription is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details, name, or email. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
You can erase all of your child's progress at any time from Dashboard → Settings → “Delete child profile” — because everything lives on your device, that deletion is complete and immediate, and there is no copy with us to request. EU/UK users have the rights provided by GDPR; California users the rights under the CCPA. For any data question, contact us at support@numberlings.app — we respond within 30 days.
The child experience contains no third-party advertising or analytics services. The app is built with the open-source Flutter framework and uses Apple's own frameworks for in-app purchases and the rating prompt (shown only behind the parent gate). App Store payments are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will announce them in the Parent Dashboard before they take effect. Questions: support@numberlings.app · Developer: Melike Bengisu Demir (individual developer).
